Getting your money back

The policy

Ask for a refund within 7 days of buying and you get it, no reason needed. Write to [email protected], or take the request to our payment provider, which took the payment.

Billed by ExamPrep; your statement will show EXAMPREP. That is the seller of record behind LBExam, so a statement line you do not recognize is probably this one. Please ask us before raising it with your bank.

After 7 days, ask anyway if something has gone wrong.

How to ask

• Write from the address on the account, so we can find it.
• Say roughly when you bought it. The order number from the emailed receipt helps, but it is not required.
• A reason is welcome but never required.

After you ask

Inside the window the answer is yes, and there is nothing to justify.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a few working days. Nothing is deducted, and the tax that was added on top of the $149 USD comes back with it.

Who actually sends the money back

The merchant of record is our payment provider, under the seller name ExamPrep. The refund is issued from there, back to the card that paid.

What happens to your account

A refund closes the paid bank straight away. The free half stays open, and Your answers, your scores, your flashcard schedule and your sitting date all stay where they are, so if you buy again later it is all still there.

When we refund

Bought it twice by accident, bought the wrong thing, or it is just not for you: write in and we refund you. Failing the exam is covered too. Inside the window that is the same request as any other; after it, the pass guarantee below is the route, and it has its own conditions.

We do not refund a buyer who copies the question bank out of the site and then asks for the money back.

The pass guarantee

Study here, sit the exam, and if you fail, we refund the purchase in full. Three things have to be true:

1. Complete three full timed mocks before your real exam.
2. Sit the real exam within 90 days of buying.
3. Failed? Send the score report within 30 days of the exam date. Refunded in full.

We check the three mocks against your account, so there is nothing to send for that half. An abandoned mock does not count; it has to be finished, and finished before the exam date on your score report.

The score report is all you need to send. Write to [email protected] from the address on the account within 30 days of the date on the report, and attach it or paste what it says. The refund goes back to the card that paid, tax included, nothing deducted.

One claim per purchase. A guarantee refund closes the paid bank like any other refund, and the free half stays open. Buying again later is a new purchase and a new claim.

That is all we ask. There is no minimum number of questions to answer before the three mocks, and no waiting period.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. A chargeback takes weeks and gets you nothing an email would not get you faster. It closes the paid bank the same way a refund does, and if it is later settled in the seller's favor, access comes back.
